What lands in your inbox monthly

Everything an accountant does, nothing you don't need

Six deliverables, every month, on a fixed calendar. This is the full finance function your business runs on.

1

Monthly Bookkeeping

Every sale, purchase and expense coded into your ledger the month it happens. Your books stay current all month instead of being patched together at year end, and clean books feed your corporate tax workings automatically.

2

Bank Reconciliations

Every bank and card account reconciled line by line. Unknown payments get chased with you and coded correctly, never buried in a suspense account where they grow into year-end problems.

3

VAT Workings and Filings

5% VAT workings prepared from your actual books, quarterly returns filed with the FTA, and records kept TRN-ready. We check your registration status first, because late VAT registration can mean an AED 10,000 FTA penalty.

4

Payroll Journals

Salary and WPS data posted into the books every month, with gratuity accruals under the 21/30-day rule. Pairs naturally with our payroll services in the UAE, so salary workings reconcile on the first try.

5

Management Reports

P&L, balance sheet and cash position every month, in plain language. You see profit, cash and receivables at a glance without opening your accounting software.

6

Founder Finance Brief

A short monthly brief written for owners, not accountants: what happened this month, what needs your attention, and what to do next. The five-minute read that keeps you in control of your numbers.

Outsource vs in-house

An in-house accountant costs more than the salary.

An accountant in Dubai earns AED 8,000 to 12,000 a month in salary alone. Add the visa and Emirates ID, medical insurance, paid leave cover, and the gratuity liability that grows every year under the 21/30-day rule, and at a AED 10,000–12,000 salary, one hire typically costs AED 140,000–165,000 a year once visa, insurance and gratuity are included (less at lower salaries), before recruitment fees enter the picture.

The salary is only half the story. One person goes on leave, resigns or falls sick, and your books stop. One person also only knows so much: VAT filings, corporate tax workings and management reporting need different skills, and a single hire rarely covers all three well.

Outsourcing solves both problems at once. You get a team instead of a person, so nobody's leave pauses your finance function. VAT, corporate tax and bookkeeping are handled by people who do each one daily, for one fixed monthly fee with no visa, no insurance and no gratuity accruing in the background.

  • One fixed fee, no employment costs: no visa, no insurance, no gratuity, no recruitment fees. The quote is the number.
  • No single point of failure: a team runs your books on a fixed calendar, so leave days and resignations change nothing.
  • Compliance handled daily: VAT workings, corporate tax workings and WPS-linked payroll journals are routine for us, not side projects.
  • Books that reconcile: every journal posts into your ledger, so bookkeeping, payroll and tax workings match on the first try.

Getting started

Live in weeks, not months

A short onboarding, then the monthly rhythm takes over. Most clients are fully live within three weeks.

1

Discovery Call

A 30-minute call. We look at your current books, your software and your filing deadlines, then quote one fixed monthly fee. No charge, no obligation.

2

Data Migration

We pull your history into Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Odoo, clean up the opening balances and set up a chart of accounts that fits your business. Messy spreadsheet years get sorted here.

3

Parallel Run

The first month runs alongside your old process, so every balance is verified before we take over fully. Nothing switches over untested.

4

Monthly Rhythm

A fixed calendar from month two: documents in, books closed, VAT checked, reports out, and your Founder Finance Brief in your inbox. You approve one summary.

Outsourced accounting FAQs

Questions about outsourcing your accounting

How much does outsourced accounting cost in Dubai?

One fixed monthly fee, quoted after a 30-minute discovery call. It scales with your transaction volume and what you need us to handle, but the number never changes mid-year. Compare it with the alternative: an in-house accountant in Dubai costs AED 8,000 to 12,000 a month in salary alone, before visa, insurance and gratuity. Almost every SME we speak to pays less for a full outsourced team than for a single hire.

Do I still need an in-house accountant if I outsource?

No. Outsourced accounting replaces the in-house role completely. Bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT workings, payroll journals and monthly reports are all done by our team on a fixed calendar. You keep approval rights on payments and decisions, and we do everything else. The only thing you will miss is the empty desk.

Which accounting software do you work with?

Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Odoo. If you already use one of these, we take over inside it. If you are on spreadsheets or an old desktop system, we migrate your history and set you up properly during onboarding. You keep full owner access to your own books, always.

Can you handle our VAT and corporate tax filings?

Yes, both. We prepare 5% VAT workings from your actual books and file quarterly returns with the FTA, and we handle corporate tax registration, workings and return schedules. One thing we check first is your VAT registration status: the FTA charges an AED 10,000 penalty for late VAT registration, and we have seen businesses cross the AED 375,000 threshold without realising it.

How do you receive our documents and receipts?

Whichever way is easiest for you: WhatsApp photos of receipts, forwarded invoices by email, or direct bank feeds where your bank allows it. Nothing needs to be printed or delivered. We reconcile everything monthly and chase anything missing, so your books never stall waiting on paperwork.

What happens if we are audited by the FTA?

You hand over clean, reconciled records instead of scrambling. Because VAT workings, reconciliations and corporate tax workings are built from the same books every month, your file is always audit-ready. If the FTA raises a query, we prepare the supporting documents and respond with you, so an audit becomes a paperwork exercise rather than a crisis.
