What's included

One team for the whole UAE

The same six-piece finance function, delivered wherever you are.

1

Monthly Bookkeeping, Anywhere

Transactions coded, banks reconciled and receivables tracked on paper, whether your office is in Abu Dhabi or your team is fully remote. Distance changes nothing: the ledger closes on the same day every month. Built on our bookkeeping service discipline.

2

VAT Compliance Across Emirates

5% VAT workings and EmaraTax returns for companies licensed in any emirate. Registration thresholds, designated zone rules and import VAT get the same careful treatment everywhere. See VAT services.

3

Corporate Tax, End to End

EmaraTax registration, 9% workings, adjustments and return schedules. For free zone companies we check qualifying free zone person conditions, because the 0% rate is worth getting right. See corporate tax.

4

Multi-Entity Consolidation

Groups with entities in several emirates get one consolidated picture: intercompany balances reconciled, shared costs allocated, one management pack. Each entity keeps its own clean compliance file for the FTA.

5

Payroll Journals & WPS

Salary journals, gratuity accruals and WPS records posted monthly into your books. If you need the payroll itself run too, our payroll services plug straight in.

6

Reports Owners Understand

P&L, balance sheet and cash position in plain language, plus the monthly Founder Finance Brief. Built for decisions, not for filing cabinets.

How it works

Onboarded remotely, running in weeks

Remote onboarding that respects your time.

1

Discovery Call

A 30-minute call about your entities, transaction volume and deadlines. We tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

2

Digital Onboarding

You share documents through secure channels; we verify opening balances and configure your accounting system for UAE VAT and corporate tax. No office visits, no couriered files.

3

Monthly Rhythm

Same calendar, every month: coding, reconciliation, reporting. You approve one summary by email.

4

Review & Compliance

A monthly video walkthrough of your numbers, and every VAT and corporate tax deadline handled before it arrives.

Why remote works

Your accountant does not need to sit in your office.

Accounting runs on documents and systems, not desks. Bank feeds, invoices and contracts all live digitally now, and a cloud ledger in Xero or Zoho Books shows you the same live numbers we see, from any emirate. The monthly review happens over video, approvals happen by email or WhatsApp, and nothing ever waits for someone to drive across town.

What actually matters is whether your accountants know UAE rules cold: federal VAT and corporate tax, free zone quirks from ADGM to RAKEZ, WPS payroll mechanics, FTA record-keeping requirements. That knowledge does not have a postcode. You get a dedicated accountant who knows your business by name, reachable whenever you need them.

  • Same federal rules: VAT and corporate tax work identically in every emirate, so your compliance is consistent nationwide.
  • Free zone specifics covered: from DIFC and ADGM to SAIF Zone and RAKEZ, zone-level quirks are handled by people who know them.
  • One point of contact: a dedicated accountant who knows your business, reachable on WhatsApp.
  • Clean handover anytime: your data lives in your systems, so switching or scaling never locks you in.

Accounting FAQs

Questions about accounting in the UAE

Do you serve companies outside Dubai?

Yes. We work with mainland and free zone companies across all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, plus Dubai. Delivery is remote-first through cloud accounting systems, so your location changes nothing about the service. You get a dedicated accountant, a fixed monthly calendar and a video review each month, wherever your licence sits.

How much do accounting services cost in the UAE?

One fixed monthly fee, quoted in writing before we start. It depends on transaction volume, number of entities and how much historical cleanup is needed, not on your emirate: a Sharjah consultancy pays on the same basis as a Dubai trading company. Small businesses typically start in the low hundreds of dirhams per month. The free review gives you the exact number, with no hourly billing hiding behind it.

Are VAT and corporate tax rules the same in every emirate?

Yes. VAT and corporate tax are federal, so the 5% VAT rules, the 9% corporate tax rate and FTA filing through EmaraTax work identically whether you are licensed in Abu Dhabi or Ajman. What changes by location is licensing and some free zone specifics, like qualifying free zone person conditions for the 0% corporate tax rate in zones such as ADGM or RAKEZ. We track both layers, so nothing slips between them.

Can you handle multiple entities or branches in different emirates?

Yes. We run consolidated bookkeeping for groups with entities across emirates: intercompany transactions reconciled, shared costs allocated properly and one consolidated management pack each month. Each entity still gets its own VAT and corporate tax compliance, because the FTA treats them separately. If transfer pricing documentation applies to your group, we flag it early rather than at year end.

Which accounting software do you support?

Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Odoo. Because we work remotely across the UAE, everything runs in the cloud: you see the same live numbers we see, from any emirate. If you are still on spreadsheets, we migrate you during onboarding and configure the VAT and corporate tax settings for you. More detail on our accounting software page.

How do we share documents with you securely?

Through encrypted channels into access-controlled systems: only the accountants assigned to your business can see your data. Invoices, bank statements and contracts upload digitally, approvals happen by email or WhatsApp, and records are retained per UAE legal requirements. You can pull your complete records any time, and if you ever leave, the full history goes with you in standard formats.
